How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way. During busy periods (sale events, holidays), please allow a little extra time. If your order hasn't arrived within 16 business days, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination: most orders to the US, UK, EU, and Australia arrive within 7–14 business days. Remote locations may take a few days longer. All orders are tracked, so you'll always know where your package is.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying threshold. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. The exact rate is calculated based on your location and shown clearly before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel. If you don't receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change, email us at hello@thehappyrituals.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes — but our returns process is straightforward if you need it.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link — sometimes parcels sit with a local courier for a day or two before final delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, or if your order is past the estimated delivery window, email us at hello@thehappyrituals.com with your order number and we'll investigate and make it right.

How often should I use my beauty or wellness device?
It depends on the device. As a general guide: LED masks and microcurrent devices are most effective used 3–5 times per week; gua sha and facial rollers can be used daily; scalp massagers are wonderful as a daily ritual. Each product page includes a recommended usage guide — and if you're ever unsure, less is more when you're just starting out.
Are your devices suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our devices are suitable for sensitive skin when used as directed. Start on the lowest setting, use gentle pressure, and avoid broken or irritated skin. If you have a diagnosed skin condition (rosacea, eczema, active acne) or are under dermatological care, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before introducing any new device into your routine.
How do I clean and care for my device?
After each use, gently wipe the device surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging any device in water unless it's specifically listed as waterproof. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners on silicone heads or LED panels. Store devices away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Good maintenance extends the life of your device significantly.
What's the difference between LED colours in the Glow Ritual Mask?
Different LED wavelengths target different skin concerns. Red light (630–660nm) stimulates collagen production and reduces the appearance of fine lines. Blue light (415–430nm) targets acne-causing bacteria. Near-infrared light penetrates deeper to support tissue repair and reduce inflammation. Do I need to use a serum or gel with my device?
Some devices work better with a conductive gel or a water-based serum — microcurrent wands, for example, need moisture to conduct effectively. LED masks and gua sha tools don't require a product to function, though clean, slightly damp skin always helps. Product pages specify exactly what (if anything) to apply before use.
What voltage do your devices use? Will they work in my country?
All of our electrical devices come with a universal voltage adapter (100–240V, 50/60Hz), which means they work in every country worldwide — including the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Asia. You may need a plug adapter for your local socket type, but the device itself will work without a voltage converter.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Because our products are personal wellness devices, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, unless the item is faulty. If something isn't right, we'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@thehappyrituals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process the return without prior authorisation.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what happens?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@thehappyrituals.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, attach a photo of the damage or fault, and include your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the faulty item. Getting this right is our priority.
Safety & Suitability
Are your devices safe to use during pregnancy?
Out of caution, we recommend avoiding electrical facial and body devices (microcurrent, LED therapy, EMS) during pregnancy unless you have explicit guidance from your doctor or midwife. Non-electrical tools like our Warm Stone Gua Sha and facial rollers are generally considered safe, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
Can I use these devices if I have a pacemaker or metal implants?
If you have a pacemaker, active implants (cochlear implants, insulin pumps), or metal implants near the treatment area, please consult your doctor before using any electrical wellness device. This is a standard precaution across all microcurrent and EMS-type devices. Non-electrical tools are generally unaffected by this.
Are your products tested and certified?
Yes. Our devices meet relevant safety certifications for the markets in which they're sold, including CE (Europe), FCC (US), and RoHS compliance. Certifications vary by product — specific compliance information is available on each product page or by contacting us directly.
Are your pet products safe for all breeds and coat types?
Our Gentle Steam Pet Brush is designed for use on most dog and cat breeds with short to medium coats. It is not recommended for very fine or thin coats where steam could cause discomfort. Always test on a small area first and monitor your pet's reaction. Never use on pets with skin wounds, inflammation, or existing skin conditions without veterinary guidance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All pages use HTTPS encryption, and payment processing is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Your personal and payment information is always protected.
Do you offer discounts or a loyalty programme?
Yes — subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive offers, early access to new products, and ritual-building inspiration. We also run seasonal sales and offer a welcome discount for first-time customers. Sign up at the bottom of any page to make sure you never miss an offer.
I have a discount code — where do I apply it?
At checkout, you'll see a field labelled "Gift card or discount code" — enter your code there and click Apply before completing your purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, so make sure to enter it before you confirm. Only one code can be used per order.
